I know i had this up for sale not long ago but as i still like the car i will be still doing bits to it so i can drive it.

Most people already seen what it looks like as already posted pics of it on here. But it was a nice bargain as only cost me £80 lol, and is pretty much rust free sept for abit in the battery tray, needs new drivers door and front valance needs few holes patching.

It is called the bumble bee as my gf said i should paint the bumpers and side skirts and wheels black, so i will give it ago see how it turns out lol.

It has afew mods done to it already like a uprated fuel pump, 60mm lowering springs and lowering springs with uprated shocks on the front. Has 256mm disks on front with brand new set of uprated pads to which was nice lol. The engine bay as been plated so looks nice and strong, inside the car looks like its been seamed weled so be strong. The spare wheel well has been cut out and plated over make it lighter, all the doors and rear quarter panels had metal cut out of the middle make it even lighter. Also came with the bigger hubs to.

As the front bumper did'nt get painted properly the paint as started to peel badly, so spent couple hours with razor blade stripping it all off to make it easyer for my mates dad to paint it.
Started off like this,

Couple hours later ended up like this,

As the back bumper and gsi skirts were still in good condition, they'll only need to be rubbed down then painted. They all getting paint metallic black

I always wanted to put cav slabs on it, but when it got dropped off at mine i noticed it came with mk2 astra gte alloys on it, at first thought they were mk3 astra sport but as those ones are 15's mine are 14's, i found out they were mk2 ones.

So gave them a keep rub down they sprayed 3 coats off hi build primer, then put 3 coats of hammerite smooth black on them. They came out pretty well i reckon.

£80 was a bargain lol and you should try to get a gsi front bumper as the backs the same as the gsi apart from the gsi has the exhaust cut out.

Yer already put the front plate in the bin lol, but will get nice new ones made up soon, might go for euro stlye ones, which should look ok lol. I am after a gsi bumper but don't have cash so will just paint ones i got already got then get gsi one later date paint that.

I know it was up for £100 i wish i offered him 50 first but i just said 80, he just said yes straight away, so can't complain really lol.
