where does the 2nd wire on the dizzy go to?

hi guys your probs getting pisset off with me lol but my car has been bodged and its a nightmare trying to think if what the prev owner has done is right lol

i had some trouble getting the starter to even click but now iv got it spinning everytime but cant get a spark...

on the dizzy theres a spade end connector that has no wire connected to it this is my obvious problem so doies anybody7 know if a wire should be there and if so where does it come from?

iv opened it up looks to be very clean inside so just put it back on...

whats the firing order on the 1.0
