Howdy, is it possible to mot a car with only the driver seat and seatbelt in place - no pax seat or seatbelt?

yes should do mate as its the only seat and belt in the car!!
I'd have thought so, as i've MOT'd mine with no rear seats. If its not there, they can't check it! You will just get an advisory on it i'd have thought..

Should be OK depending on your MOT tester
DVLA docs list No of seats i.e. 4/5
not 100% mate, but a think its fine.
mibby ask before you take it down for its mot.

i was going to say that mine has gone through mot every time ive taken it with no rears!! and it hasnt had them in for 5 years lol

Cheers guys, the local garage are a decent mob. The pass the nova with the exhaust it has and it's loud! Will bell them on Monday

yea its beter you have a good place i go to a freinds garage round here so they have let one or two things slide as they know im a mechanic and will sort it lol
