Thinking of maybe putting the old SR wheels back on cause they do look good, but the brakes are to big, ive heard of shaving the top of the calipers but how wise is this move? and is it worth it, bare in mind the car is wet and makes ity look prettiers in the 2nd on and i dont have the clear rears or the alloy locking fuel cap anymore what you recon standard or astra gsi or better suggestions? :thumb: and dont make comments about the beach photo, already had this one in my WIP thread, can be arsed to do it all again, get over it, it went in the sand once it isnt going to die!

Either this

3 spokes get my vote.
i personally dont like fanblades astra or cavalier. think they should stay on astras and cavaliers

5.5j 3 spokes fit.

5j will with a 5mm spacer.

I would rather a bigger wheel with the xe, it will spin like buggery on 3 spokes

so use less revs, and go faster with the traction you've got....

matt, have you ever seen the F.A.S.T drag racing series? v8 muscle, on 6" wide rims..... running proper period tyres..... doing sub 10 second quarters

Factory Appearance, Stock Tyres.. its quite a good spectacle

Yes, but most people shove ditchfinders on?

He can make his own mind up now!

I see a hayabusa daily, 9s 1/4s on a tiny contact patch.

Makes the cars tyres look huge!

I have had 3 spokes with BIG brakes on before but had to use 10mm spacers to clear them and still fits under arches with 60mm lowering so easily done!

fanblades til you can get some slabs, shaving calipers is bad- they are that size for a reason

completely random, what about ronal turbo's?

Sloth

ronal turbos are immense, or look at WORK's range of wheels. it would look amazing on these...
