Depends what you want to do to them, doing the full card is the easiest as you just use spray glue on the card

this is how I done it

clean the door cards to remove any greasy marks

cut material to roughly the same size obviously slightly bigger

spray glue onto the cards lightly and evenly

Spray the material too (important so it sticks to the card)

get someone to lay the material down while you smooth it onto the card making sure you get no creases

once it's stuck turn the card over and go round the edge leaving about 2 inch overhang

spray glue around the edges of the rear of the card and also the overhang of material and stick it down

to cut the holes for your handle and door pockets just hold the card up to the light and you can see where you need to cut, just cut an x shape and fold over the edges and glue down

lie the cards down with some towels lying on top of them to make your the material sticks to the card half an hour should do

voilĂ* nice new door cards

Not too keen on them at the moment but if you sprayed the old handle and pockets and put them on it will look alot better. Give them a few coats of matt or satin black and they will come out well.

Mine were grey But have been sprayed with Black Dash board paint from Halfords, great stuff, has lasted over a year without a single scratch :)

we do upholstery at work.

and we use spray adhesive and staples. did you use any staples?
and about seats, good luck. i gave it a shot, and removing the old covers is hard enough.

also with your door cards, have you used viynl. if so use a heat gun to get any marks out, and to tighten it up if it sags.
not much heat though! lol

No it's not vynil dunno what it is it's like the fabric you get on seats, I didn't use staples as the glue was really strong and held it fine I suppose I could have used staple

I won't be retrimming the seats do any novas come with black seats? Either that or I'll be fitting calibra leathers
