Right im going to TCS performance on friday to have my astra put on the rolling road and setup etc.

Before I go I want to put some new plugs in it. Im sure I have read something about rs turbo plugs is this right? and also what benefits are there by using them? What do I need to order when I go to my local motorfactors??

Spec of my engine so far is:
Full rebore to 87mm with new Wossener pistons, Pec rods Arp bolts etc.
Fully rebuilt Cocast head with XE inlet cam(No vernier yet:( )
Frontera front mounted intercooler with full hard piping.
And obvioulsy a cheap air filter cone(couldnt fit a box in) and full exhaust system. Adjustable FPR and a cosworth auctuator.

So my next question is what sort of power do you all think I will be running?
And is there any other small things I can do to help it before I go on friday?

Many thanks

Dom

My rs turbo plugs needed gapping to 0.6mm as they were about 0.8-0.9 when i picked them up

Bosch F5DP0R

you can run a fase 2 (280hp) with that setup.

id get some saab red injectors to help with the fueling. doubt you'd have them in by friday though!

Avoid champion gash!

Only use ngk, well in my opinion!

i wouldnt, they cause overfueling and are unessecary at his spec, it would need mapping to take full effect of them.
