Bottom End Question

hello all. all new to this. a quick question. i want to know if i can use a c20ne bottom end with a xe/let head. any advice, pics etc would be good thanks lewis

The head will bolt on but you would need to make a few alterations as the pistons are different for a start.

orite just ive got an 8v turbo at the moment but want more power so i want to use a 16v head and run let managment, inlet etc etc. but didnt know if i was going to need to use an xe block and have it tapped and swop the internals over from the 8v block.

ok thanks Matt think im just going to sell the 8v motor and buy a full LET to save me some time fannying around. just thought that if it was the same block i could just stick a 16v head on and loom etc and have a let as my 8v block etc already has the oil return tapped etc with let pistons in aswel.

If its got Let pistons already, you might be ok iirc.
