You dont anymore, not new anyway. You can sometimes find used ones in the normal places like Ebay, Corsasport or Migweb. They go for good money though, cant believe I only paid about £150 for a nearly new one when I had my Corsa about 7 years ago.
There are plenty of copies out there for sale aswell

the 'copy' looks really ugly and not very well designed.... but it does work quite well.
