You won't find one cheap I'm afraid... grass track classes mean that it's the best engine to use in a nova(/corsa etc maybe?) in a certain class, most of them have been killed and what's left is highly sought after for racing. Only way you find one cheap is someone that doesn't know that! Your best chance is gumtree/local free ads etc imo.
