unfortunately, i can see the perverse logic in the first statement.... if you don't teach a kid to swim, there is a chance they won't go near water......

but ..... if they do go near water, there's an even bigger chance they'll drown............

last summer a 10 year old girl drowned in the sea because nobody bothered to check that she could swim... the couldn't..

That actually works because the heater matrix is basically a little radiator, so if you turn it to hot and open the windows...
