Just watching Highlander and got thinking it has a pretty awesome soundtrack. Anyone think of a better one? Human traffic has a pretty decent bunch of songs in it...

Pirates of the Carrabien (spelling) have great music too (esp the Tiesto mix :) )

i've only ever bothered to watch the english 'sarf of the river' version...... and didn't really bother with much volume....

full metal jacket.
the forest gump soundtrack is like a bestest music of each era from the 50's to the 90's
the commitments.. if you like your 60's soul music
Raising Arizona.... if you like yodelling.......

but i will agree with matt, as much as it pains me... the boat that rocked is ace.... ps. get the dvd & watch the extras... they are excellent

So many I agree with in this thread, but overall the BTTF (OST's) win it for me though!

Not exactly soundtracks but I love the music that plays during the BIG REVEAL at the end of SAW I and the music that plays during the final big sequence at the end of 28 days later.
Those two pieces of music make those moments for me.

28 Days Later has a rather fetching collection of tracks to loose yourself in. Very Ubercool.

The crystal method are awesome and nearly every song they produce seems to end up on a soundtrack as well lol
