i usually boil some rice & then make a salad.........but i am not a great spanish omelette fan... i sort of invent my own based on what i can find in the fridge.....

that is a spanish omelette imo. My Dad agrees and he's a master chef.

Tonight I have southern fried chicken, pepperoni pizza and potatoe skins washed down with a bottle of spitfire. nice and healthy :)

the pretentious 1970's type with the heinz tinned spanish omelette filling put me off them... my mum thought it would be 'different' it was.......

anyway, i'm probably knocking up a sausage curry & plonking it in a giant yorkshire pudding..... with a couple of beers to help rehydrate me... then zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. i'm still at work, waiting for the invoice run to finish....... i started at 5 this am.
