stu, i was chasing up one of our trucks in sheffield & found it.

so a quick googling later, and it appears that when they built the road, the only thing there was the south yorks police helicopter operations centre..... and some clever bugger put the name forward.

because policemen apparently used to say 'Let's Be Having You' when attempting to apprehend someone...... and the criminal would reply 'its a fair cop' which is actually a way better gag to try on a blonde officer.......
