here is/was gonna be my cheap run about, please read this very CAREFULLY!
MAKE: vauxhall nova 1.5td sx
MILLAGE: 89000 (rounder to nearest thousand)
MOT: april
TAX: 31/1/11
LOCATION:5 miles from castle douglas DG7 2AL
this car is road legal and goes very well, i have spent alot of money on this car and its kicked me in the shin! being in my first weeks of an apprentice and a young driver the cost of this car are to much for me so its time to go!
GOOD POINTS -
-full stainless steel exhaust system
-turbo adjuster has been fitted, know nothing about it tho. but i can get pics!
-fully wax-oiled underneath
-2L brakes
-new rear brake shoes
-2 new front wheel bearing
-full service including heater plugs
- BRAND NEW starter motor £80 - thats at cost!
-shell is mint, only minor welding patches, only structural rust is pictired rest is surface rust on paint.
-4 new tyres, 2 on back have done about 400 miles, front have done 200 miles. good maxis tyres on front!
-lowered 40mm, unknown springs
-interior is mint, seat covers are there so they dont get dirty from the overalls from work.
-gsi front bumper and skirts
-k&n air filter
-xzenon bulbs
BAD POINTS
before i start im going to list all the big and small bits just to be clear and honest as both myself and the potential buyer do not want to waste our time down the line when they purchase the car so read carefully! this engine is a good runner and is very fast, the usual 1.5td. it has served me well the time i have had it however....as woke up and went to start the car it was very low on power, by the time i went for lunch at work there was no power, altenentor packed in, i have spent to much money on the car already and this is meant to be my daily so i have parked it in the back garden untill someone buys it becuase i have had enough!
- needs altenator
- windscreen (big crack on p/s)
- small fuel and watter leak, reckon the water is from the inlet but having a fuel leak the fuel is returning to the tank and is not a good morning starter, however when i bought the car it was first time starter
- lights behind dash do not work so dont know what speed you are doing in the dark
-paint is not mint, front is a diff colour, diff wings have been put on i reckon
-wheels scratched
-either wrong fan or something has been put in cause the wires that are present do not connect into fan however i have ran it for a good few weeks and its never over heated etc.
- only one key for the car
PRICE - untill this goes i have no car to get to work or anything. i want rid, i have had enuf. 185 quid a month to insure this is to much on my wage. price is for car, WITHOUT gsi bumpers,side skirts, and mudflaps. comes with the ski alloys which have new tyres. making a serious loss here BUT...if it goes to a good home and gets my project finished so i can drive to work then...its not a loss! pm me offers etc etc....£650 ONO
