Indicator and highbeam lights stopped working on sri dials?

hi, could this be the bulbs that have blown up for this as it use to work but now has stopped working, everything else seems to work fine.

How easy is it to change these if it is the case and what bulbs?

Could be the bulbs - whip the dials out and take a look.

They're 509T bulbs I believe; a simple twist fit.
