Still struggling with SEH conversion

I still dont know which gearbox to use in my conversion.
i wanted my F13 but flywheel problems arnt helping.
if i locate a F16 will my GTE shaft inners fit straight in or do i need mk2 cav innners?

you need a f16cr, flat flywheel, clutch and mk2 cav inners as said.
