No chance of finding him on another forum and tell him to stop it? Or sell him the real fookin plate? Also why would someone get a plate made to look like a private plate he doesn't own, when he could get a pair made with whatever he wanted on it for shows? Like his name spelled properly. Already been done & tried to no avail IIRC.
Basically Yaris guys forum name is L33 LEG (apparently?), where as our (the real) L33 LEG legally owns that private, but Yaris guy was spotted & photo'd several times driving around on public roads displaying his fake "L33 LEG" plate.
In a nuthsell, fake L33 LEG Yaris guy has **** taste in cars & modifying but the real L33 LEG can stand up on his own two feet as he has rather good taste in motors thank you please.

The law about number plates is a complete farce tbh, as suppliers just sell them as "show plates"

Fair point but people do tend to put some crap on thier cars and they have to buy it all somewhere lol. The Internet really has a lot to answer for though!
IMO it quite cleary is a show plate for this guy, because its white on the rear.
still doesnt make him a complete tool for using it on public roads etc

lol. It's a farce. I would make a point of going to one of those shows and parking my car next to his with the V5 on the dashboard.

Oh no that this again lol it's been way over a year since iv last seen him use it. In answer to your questions i did go to the police with a load of pictures of him on public roads with my reg (was a yellow plate then by the way) and they said they can do nothing about it and i should contact the grimsby police (where he lives). I did sign upto the yaris forums years ago and politely told them that it was my plate and he shouldnt be using it but they all gave me sh1te and banned me lol
I was going to take the matter further, i gathered up a load of information about the guy, ie. where he lives, pictures of his house, where he works and parks at work,and even where his dad works and crap like that. I may go down to the next meet over hull side and see if i can spot him, my beemer with the real L33 LEG reg on is nearly back on the road now so it would be good if i could go down in that to surprise the fcuker lol
If anybody knows of any meets/cruises down that way could you pm me. Would make a nice day out for me :)

Well he obviously doesnt drive on the public roads with it, not much anyway and at meets people will think it's his real plate, seen as he tells people that it is :/ so there isnt any reason to be caught.
The only thing that winds me up about the whole thing is that people who have known me from years ago will now think i drive a fcuking yaris lol and one that is so badly modified and obviousily wasted alot of money on it.

Im not sure what id do tbh, i kinda laugh at the whole situation now. I would probably just park next to his car with my bm and stand next to him and see how long it takes for him to notice lol and then il just politely ask him to change his plates over.

if i saw my plate on another vehicle i would prise it off.
no, jus pull up next to him at a krooze, then change your BM plate to a copy of his legit number plate from the Yaris. When he pipes up just say #see how you like it, nutsack'

id get it done mate thats a insult using your plate's that you payed for and he just got them made up!!
