Differences in ECU's

Just been to look at the progress of my car and noticed my ecu is a motronic pk ecu yet another let engine that's in there has a pj one?
Is there any diffs between the to?

maybe immobilisers, they do vary so dont worry unless it doesnt run.

It does run lol and seems fine.. It's just iv only seen ph ones for sale on eBay that's all.

One of them doesnt like having phase chips installed iirc, but i cant remember which one!lol

I'm guessing it's the one I bloody Have haha with there bieng a chipped pj one on eBay lol

pj is ok with chip set and their is no immobiliser on them
