Yer i'll be posting up pics and making a mini project thread in here tomoro at some point so can keep an eye on it lol. Aha thats ok for some strange reason i really like that yellow.

Did you do all the seam welding on it by any chance, i've already seen some not good mods done to it, as looks like the rear springs held in by cable ties as there 2 on each spring. Also there looks like a fuel pump come up thru the floor right were the driver seat would be. So you would be sat underneath the fuel pump.

REDTOm

i didnt do anything much to it mate i took the xe out and sold it. seam welding isnt the best its more like plated but looked pretty strong. It needs patch in the battery tray but has had new arches welded in. rear springs are spax rsx springs and i put the cable ties on so i could slot them in without removing shocks just to get it rolling to put it on the trailer so dont drive it like that (he did know this but obviously forgot lol).

fuel pump works and sits behind the seat but the wiring etc needs serious attention before you try it out as wires burnt out etc.

and yeah the colours nice stands out nicely shame he has robbed the half decent bits off of it but cant complain for 80 :)

Not sure but on the pic of the driver window, but thing might be plastic window as you can see that they are glued into place lol

Yer only needs 2 new doors put on it try get a gsi front bumper, may be new grill to. As already ready got set of rear lights and front lights with indercators as well.

Rust wise it as abit in the battery tray and the front valance so might get new one weled on. Then going to paint underneath with hammerite and proberly do abit more welding lol.

Not sure weather to keep the astra mk3 sport wheels (think thats what they are), as really want some cav slabs but what ever one's i get will be painted black.

REDTOm

can do if you want mate help the fella out :) just so you know i had the skirts off and underneath was good so you dont need to pull them off again as theres no rot underneath.

front side windows are glass just glued in so all the door could be cutout lol. Not sure on what fuel pump it is although it does work its just the wiring was a bit custom.

it has 2.0 256 brakes on and unless he has changed it the passenger side hub is a bigblock hub (couldnt be bothered to change it over as it was raining so just gave him a standard hub aswell).

will be a nice clean shell with 2 new doors and the battery tray as it isnt bad underneath.

Yer it be good to have alook at the other photo's mate.

Ha thats alright then lol only gay thing with car i got no keys for it so will have to put new locks in the doors, when i get them, then also fit new ignition barrol as don't have the key for it.

Is it worth changing the othe side to a big block as it will be having 2.0 put in it, yer brakes still them ones so thats not to bad.

Yer i've already stripped rear axel off started to paint it, going to paint all underneath it and also the engine bay. So will get pics up tomoro of that lot.
