they were both the flagship models, but from different times. GTE was 88-90 and GSi was 90->

All down to personal choice, i always preferred the GSi's and then bought my girlfriend a bog standard GTE abd must admit in the original guise they are a nice car.

Have now decided i prefer the GSi to fart about with and make better, the GTE's are better left as a standard car.

Bloody everywhere down here, and is only about 8-10 GSi's in the whole of bristol and surrounding areas.
