hello guys im sort of new here and doin my 1st project its a corsa sri 8v and i have the 20seh lump im using my f15 box but what clutch and fywheel do i use ? i went out and got the 1.7d astra mk3 flywheel and the 2.0 bolts wont go thru the flywheel and the 1.7 bolts and thinner and diff thread im very stuck can anyone help??please

1700 diesel wheel.

With nova gte clutch kit.

mate yea bin on there aint in english the part i need @ and mattbrown as said i got the 1700 d flywheel and the bolts wont go thru so wat do i do cant u use my 1.4 flywheel just get bolt hole drilled out bigger

alrite guys just rangpart number thru and the flywheel is a 1.6 petrl flywheel so off back down the breakers to get he right one a i use the 1.7 clutch aswell???

We have already said mate.

Its a 1.7 diesel flywheel.

And nova GTE clutch.

yea mate and dus it fit straight on? no drilling or modding and y the gte clutch and not the 1.7 clutch???

see every on says this but when i ask more the people who reply dont know what the on about is there anone who cantel me why to use the gte clutch and does it just bolt straight on with no modding!! :mad:

well. the 1.7d used the f13wr box. and the gte used the f13cr box, the splines on the shafts are identical. the bellhousings are identical. i would therefore assume that the 1.7d clutch assy should also fit fine.

in clutch catalogues online, they are a different part no. (1.7d & 1.6) but the same plate size. there must be some difference in the clutch springs or similar.
