Looks very clean. Just needs lowering imo and then leave it as that.

Very cool car, like the old skool silver trims

ok cool, team dynamics pro race 3's (the 5 spoke jobs) in a 17 inch flava would make it perfect....

going for 15's/16's i think for some serious slammage and i no there very typical buy maybe some borbet's or something of the like.

I would personally go for 17s. I originally had 16s on my old E30 and although it looked ace and slammed the arch gap bugged me. I put some 17s on and it filled the arches much better and looked even lower. There was still loads of clearence in the arches to fit a bigger wheel.

In fact here's a few quick pics to show the difference.

On 16s:

On 17s:

As for wheel choice, i would search for some avez As, getting very rare now but easily the nicest wheel for an E30 and will go with the old skool look of yours.

hmmmmmm but i will get wide wheels and by the looks i wouldent be able to go low enough on wide 17's and azev a's im really not a fan of

If you are going rediculously wide then ye, 16s maybe the only way. From what i can remember though even with the 17s on there was LOADS of clearence still. It's best asking on a bm forum and see what people have done with theirs, i just think if you can get away with having 17s it will look better.

Either way i wouldnt chose 15s, they'll just look silly imo.

tbh i think 17's will be fine it will be silly low but tbh after looking even with 16's silly low will have arch clearance

Before buying some coilovers to get a serious drop, bare in mind that mine was just 60mm and the front bumper and sills were an inch off the floor lol

Great looking car, very tidy, the black wheels are doing nothing for her though.

stevie-p

those wheels are not on the car its on the standard crosspokes, and i no my civic is 60mm and it's ridiculous lol
