Can only get brass or copper!

what porous head mod.... I know of the cracked head mod :p

plain old ali tubing and thread lock will do the job :)

solid bar and external joining of the oilways is my prefered way of doing it

B&Q do some alloy tubing that's almost the right size. Check local stores stocks for what you need on their website.

Yea sorted it now been on B&Q website and they do the correct diameter stuff so god knows why they said they didnt:confused: .

It isnt the correct diameter btw, you have to sand/file it down by half a mil/a mil to get it to fit.

But yeah, B&Q do sell it.

Its a well-known method of 'sleeving' the water/oilway to prevent them mixing when the heads crack.
