Coilovers for dummys

Never had coilovers before so how do I lower the car?

Slacken the spring down or tighten it up?

Wind the spring platform down to lower the car!;)

Clockwise to lower, anti-clockwise to raise

or fit shorter springs and leave the platforms where they are

just wind up to lower and wind up to raise if there new keep them up a bit as the spring will settle down after a little use and may catch your wing with the wheel when steering and after a bit of driving then set your desired height

Second hand and are a bit siezed will have to soak them in oil n try again

ah wd40n should do the trick should have no real probs then just make sure the wheel dont catch the adjuster nut on the inside
