Maybe a silly question lol can it be done? Is there an another drum that will bolt to the rear beam? Details on handbrake setups used would be appreciated if this is even possible?

you could get clever with weld & redrill the holes, but it would take ages.

Agreed.

Also, arent the hubs cast?

As welding to cast is abit of a painlol

But, plug the holes with weld, then machine it flat, then drill, and tap the correct holes.

Will be good to see it done.

And isnt a hard task, just a very long winded and boring onelol

Zafira's use 5 stud rear drums, could be made to fit with work.

May aswell go for a rear disc conversion if you are going to that trouble.

Yeah i think the rear drums are cast. Dont know if i would be up for the weld and re-drill process lol

I wonder if there are other vauxhall stub axles bolt onto the nova rear beam?

The easiest thing would probably be to contact a firm like Brake Engineering or Quinton Hazel and get one undrilled, then drill and tap it yourself.

Depending what et and width of wheel you use then you could get pcd adaptors ( plenty on egay and even made to spec if needed ) usually they are minimum of 20mm thick.

Edit, I should add that this would probably require the hub mounting to be cut out and welded further inboard,
