from a quick google search it is not open to the public, just opens on specific dates for the VBOA and (as above) for organisatons who make an arrangement.

What I found may be outdated though

AFAIK its closed during regular days and only opened on special days and vboa events held there.
Its only 20 mins from me so have been a couple of times and higly recommend it. Its not the biggest but well worth a look.

This is a free event with no formality and has traditionally brought out a fine selection of Vauxhall Opel and Bedford models to fill the Heritage Centre car park. The Heritage Collection will also be on display and refreshments will be available.
