How to you adjust these koni's so the car raises abit?

You cant. They arnt height adjustable.
You need to change the springs themselves.

they have got written on them adjustables with a + and - sign with arrows whats that to do with? thanks

If it's on the shock then thats for the damping
spend some time on youre springholder while you got youre car up like this ;)

You have to take those rear konis out of the car if you want to adjust how stiff they are.

thanks 4 the help. the arch has now been rolled back for the alloys to fit nicely.
Take the bottom bolt out where it attaches to the beam. You then have to compress the shock fully and twist it IIRC you should feel the adjuster locate and then your twist clockwise or anti clockwise depending on whether you want to go stiffer or softer - I forget which way is which.
You don't have to remove it from the car entirely.
