Hello guys ive recently got hold of some alloys but they've got an offset of et38, so to cure this I got 10mm spacers for each wheel making them now et48 well within the normal vauxhall range of et49, but now heres the problem I need longer studs because the original ones are too short, does anyone know of any companys who sell or make lengthened studs?. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi mate
Surely by adding spacers you have taken the offset from et38 now to et28 which will make them a worse fit.
See below on how to measure offset.

If you do need longer bolts try Rally Design or Demon Tweeks they do them.

i thought with spacers you add the extra mm onto the offset for example et 38 adding then the 10mm spacer making it et48, in which case if your saying it subtracts instead rather then adds the alloys i got arent going to fit then surely with the car being lowered 70mm?
ET 35 wheels sit out further, so by adding a spacer, you have made them stick out even further.
So thus, yes, you will have lots of problems.

with et28 mate you'll have loads of issues unless you go for mega euro flared arches.
You need to take away material to make the wheel sit closer to the shock to make it go towards the Vaux friendly offset, and even then you can only really take away a few mm safely.
Et 38 will fit IF the tyres and wheel width are realatiy low, and rear arches need rolled,
