hi im looking for the above to work on the nova and store things (car parts) my mate is looking for the same to work on his Escort RST so a big place would be better but if not just for the nova :thumb: Location has to be North yorkshire. i know their is alot of farm land and such round me so their has to be somewhere. only things is i dont have a clue where to start looking/asking. Any help will be really appreciated plus rep :thumb:

Best bet is to look around and ask. Go to the local units and see if any are vacent. The council may have single garages to rent but imo are too small to work in. Living in yorkshire surely you have some farmer mates? See if they know of any unused barns somewhere.

go to the local estate agents, the type that are also auctioneers, valuers etc... and not 'right move' etc... and ask them if they have any small commercial properties to rent.

nothing at all, but they aren't the sort of estate agents that deal with farmers to let out property, they are more domestic house sales/letting type people.

you should be contacting all estate agents with your new business thing anyway... they might have some work for you

as said, its worth getting out there - many farmers are actually advertising units to let in our area, at bottom of theyre drives/lanes with signs.. bit easier that way eh..
Found a new one yesterday for myself using that method.

farmers are a good start. i got my barn for £10 a month...no electric or solid roof :p but its a place
