What do I go for?

Coilovers to match my front Gaz ones?

Or a good (billies etc) Spring and shock combo?

Looking to go down 80mm on rear:thumb:

if it was me id go for the billies and the lowering spring have had the coilovers in the rear and they just dont work the same, the wheel always rubbed, alot cheaper to

Coilovers are £175 for brand new gaz ones.

Shockers are £50 each, plus £88 for springs.

So its much of a muchness lol

just choose whichever ones you want. the rear coilovers obviously put all the stresses into the 'wrong' part of the shell, and the turrets need enlarging to do it properly. or the others take 5 mins to fit in the stock positions.

there are plusses & minuses with both.

Which Billies though Matt? I'd only go for b8's. I've had b8's with custom coilsprings and gaz coilovers. Personally i'd get coilovers, just because of the adjustment.

Same as john, id go for coilovers for the adjustment, and im thinking ride height as well as how much you want to feel the cats eyes though your seat.

Go for coilovers but turret the rear and strengthen the rear beam.

it is the mounts on the beam that need strengthening, rather than the turrets, although i would advise doing these as a matter of course if going down the coilovers route
