Surging probs on an XE!

Guys ive got a surging problem on my XE when i reach 3000rpm and above in 3rd/4th anyone have any ideas what it could be i thought the throttle sensor as if you hold the throttle at 3000rpm when stood the revs fluctuate.

But its ok once its being run for a while so im puzzled.

Baxter: no management light is on and no faults recorded been down that route already bud.

Will: no mate engine seems to surge/hunt on its own when driving is a hard one to explain tbh unless your actually there.

surging is what accours on a turbo car iirc when the engine cant consume the air the turbo is trying to force into it !

You sure it now just the cam doing it thing at 3500 rev or there abouts ?

if you hold it at the rev out of gear does it hold flat or jump up and down, adn does it rough idle a bit?

Yes mate it jumps up and down and the idles rough too.
