concentric and eccentric top mounts

hi guys, in the process of building my 5th nova, want to do it properly so i want to know about the options for the top mounts on the front suspension, bin lookin on rally design and obvioulsy i know theres the 2 options, but im unsure what the difference is and whats the best route to take, being as new top mounts from the auto factors are 29 quid plus vat each it seams a bit silly not spending a little more getting the rose jointed variant,

any info regarding this would be awesome, cheers, ben

Eccentric are able to adjust the angle of the strutt so inturn the camber is adjusted, the others are fixed and connot be adjusted,

yea thats was the impression i got from a quick google search and a read on a ford forum, just wondering if anyone had any nova expeciance?

Where is the best place to buy eccentric mounts from? My coilovers have been machined to 20mm!

i just use camber bolts from courtenay, £20 posted. do the same job.

do the non adjustable alloy top mounts fit directly on to standard shocks then?

as i know people were having trouble with them fitting on Gaz coilovers

They will help with your camber but you won't be able to gain any castor which is what standard nova geometry is lacking most
