digi dash in mk1??

is this doable? as i have just seen the thread for it bei9ng done it a mk2 not mk1

i done mine with no filler or fibreglass , use the mk2 astra surround as a template sliding into the mk1 dash and draw round it and cut it out and scribe the digi to the mk1 dash if need be. modify the heater duct and mount the dash from behind using brackets and screws etc. mines was a great fit and looked great but i never had a digital camera back in 1998 lol
