buckled inner wing

i had a little crash a couple of months ago and crunched up my bonnet, wings and bumper. Only needed to replace these bits but put mk2 bits on instead. The offside inner wing is slightly buckled and this causes the front bumper to 'hang off' slightly (well its positioned a couple of inches too low!). This is because the carriage bars on the bumper cannot be fixed onto the offside near wing because it is buckled! Any help on how to fix this problem including any quotes for a inner wing plus labour costs would be much appreciated!

chain and a heavy object... then reverse the impact
