nova drive shaft question

hello there does anyone no what the length is of a bare drive shaft for a xe nova using big block cv,s on both sides,as i hav got a set and put them in my nova,i think thr shafts could be corsa ones as it was very very hard to get my shock bolts in when i fitted the shafts,im gonna strip the shafts and messure them both.cheers

You should have at least 15mm play in the shaft, When its in both ends, the shaft should move with the centre of the cv around 15mm.

corsa shafts are 25m longer than nova ones

i think i hav been sold corsa shaft and told they are nova ones.when i turn right it feels like its grinding in a way i thought it was the cv joint but i remembered they where i night mare to get it. the shafts are out of the car
