what psi should the oil run at in a c20let

to day i started my c20let for the first time and left it on tick over keeping my eye on it as you would and the oil pressuer started of at around 55 psi then slowly creeped down to about 38 psi but as soon as you rev it a little it went straight back up to 55/60 psi is this normal or have i got a problem some where?

Increases with revs, as pump is rotating faster:)

20-40psi

The light comes on at 7psi to give you an idea.

Cold tickover 60-90ish
Warm tickover 20-40
As you rev, the oil pressure increases
