Weber 40 DCOE Jetting Size

Hi

im after someone with a modified 1.6 - not nothing outrageous though like rally sl@g stylee. just maybe a 1.6 on carbs, or a long(ish) duration cam 285 290 kinda thing

i need to know what size jets to order for my carbs for a 1.6 engine.

mains, idles, and choke sizes and anything else i will need to swap

slimjim is running a GTE on 40's

and since u will be getting a GTE head :o and GTE inlet manifold :o his jet sizes should work just peachy :twisted:

i wanna know this aswell, as i got some webbers off a sport with a faitr few major bits missing but the jets will need changing, any info mike inform me aswell, pleeeeeeease!!

my jet sizes wouldnt be much cop as only in 'see what cam is like mode', i will be going back to velos for final tune end of month'ish and will prob have mine changed again. also i have got a big valve head etc so again would affect the jet sizes a small bit

1.6 - Blydenstein B++ head, 4-2-1 zorst, about 150bhp

chokes/venturis - 30 (maybe 32)
mains - 120 (a good way to works out what mains you need is choke size*number of cylinders)
Air correction -190
Accelerator pump - 40
Idle - 45 f8

aldon automotive www.aldonauto.co.uk dont list "accelerator pump jets" are they known by anything else?
