i need to know if i had my liners changed under warranty in the 90's lol
no you didnt,they werent done.

after 13-14 years, i can't imagine you'll get any warranty

I take it this is the nikasil issue you're worried about?
Look down at the top of the gearbox under the inlet manifold, if there is a metal tab, you're fine.

right.. as this sceptred isle has been on ultra low sulphur for ages, and the car is about 13 years old, and the problem appears to be from 1993, is the baxtermobile suffering from low compression?

nope its fine,
just that people are trying to nock me off £700 as its not been done lol
so they are offering £200?????? i don't think you are being 100% truthful......
it seemed to be running fine when you left rubber outside my place.
i think that after 15 odd years, its hardly a problem... it should have gone bang by now if it was going to
