Suspensions question...

I am looking to get better suspension i am running -60mm gmax shocks and spring front and rear and 16" wheels and the ride is to bumpy for me.....i want the ride to be alot smoother...i like the idea of coilovers cause i want to be able to adjust the ride hight front and rear.....can anyone tell experiences they have had....i dont mind if coilovers or not :)

are gmax shocks not adjustable i thought u cud alter the dampening 2 make the ride better ive got spax and there alright

ive got a bilstein sprintline kit on my car, would deff recomend them!! ive tried gmax before & the shockers offerd about as much damping as a spraycan
