Got this email today. I am stunned that people still send these types of email. Are there really people out there that are stupid enough to fall for it?

I received an email from 'HSBC' the other day informing me there was a problem with my account and i had to follow a link to enter all my personal details. There may have been a small chance of me falling for it if i didnt bank with Natwest lol
i was only thinking to myself today that people in burkina faso, west africa need more help but was at a loos how a guy like me could - thanks for the heads up pete, ill get in touch with him ASAP

i get the hsbc ones every other day saying alert account in danager
i bank with nationwide so umm yeaaahhh about that.lol

i get them from hsbc, halifax and lloyds but im with natwest lol you'd think these people would do their homework first!!

I have just set up a new email account using duff information and sent Mr Gull an email showing my great interest in his proposal but have stated 50/40 split my way. Lets see what his response is!!!!!!
lol there's a good site out there somewhere, detailling how a guy strung along some 419ers. I did it a while ago when selling my old hatchback ("yes I have the horn for your Vauxhall" LOL).
As for banking scams, I had one a few months ago all labelled up as a HSBC email, proper graphics and all. Looked quite legit. However it was from hsbc@natwestbankingonline.com or something like that. Whoops lol
