Water pump to water pipe hose C16XE

Hi All

I'm having trouble with the little pipe (almost 90 degre bend bigger at one end than the other) that goes from the plastic pipe fed from the header tank and bottom of the radiator round the back of the engine to the water pump. The problem is after a few stages the damn thing shreads to pieces all other pipes are samco apart from the heater ones and this one so is there an uprated item that replaces it can't seem to find one in the samco catalogue and I've tried some samco universal length but as its different sizes its either to big or too small :confused: (the heater pipes are under control)

whats the possibility of not bolting the plastic pipe to the block and then using a straight bit of samco. if not the make a new hard pipe out of copper pipe and use 90 bend to take the hard pipe down so again you can use a straight bit of samco

i'm a bit concerned about why the hose is failing.. it is in a protected spot, how is it failing exactly?

cus he is using old ****ed peices to start with ha ha
