seeing as ive only been back in the country since 4.30 this morning, and i'm looking after my brother, i bought a pre cooked chicken from tesco's, two giant yorkshire puddings (aunt bessies finest) and roasted loads of potatoes , carrots and onions. made some fresh gravy, served it all up, and my brother, who usually doesnt eat anything and is a right fussy bugger, finished the lot :)
