Most things on a Nova are cheap and easy, all depends which way you want to go with it...

Can't think of anything styling related on a Nova that isn't cheap! It'll only start to cost getting stuff painted professionally.

For cheap transformations on a standard car, remove bumpstrips, vinyl, change bumper colour stripe, grommet in rear wiper hole, remove wing mounted aerial, etc

i agree like dont think theres many more cheap things that you can do. you could lower your car but that mite cost you unless you can get ahold of a second hand cheap kit on ebay ???

Already lowered 60mm, alloys, aerial sorted, meshed grill, paint good condition anyway, only done 41k miles ( i love old people ;) ) so engines sound, de-bagded, vynl removed...

cosmetic mods is what im after, painting is no issue rele,

from the comments above and pics iv seen about the net i think ima look for some gsi bumpers and sides, may already have a spoiler sorted......

one q tho, keep whole car blue or have bumpers, alloys and side of car (from where the vynl used to be and below) sprayed black?

Cheers guys :)

Get a pic up of it lad.. sounds like youve done all you should.. these cars are, like any retro - less is more.

Undclared c20let? lol

Erm, from that, I would say colour code the GSI kit and spoiler.

Having black bumpers on a blue car will look like theyre bolted on, off another car.

Go for a standard grille again, and maybe a laguna splitter?

Dark grey, something which really suits novas due to their standard grey bumpers imo.
