any of you guys got any phobianot of spiders or that,im petrified of clowns,been like it since i was a kid
oh and dont ask if ive seen the film IT i have and nearly s*** myself lol

was joking about the clown,as i knew someone would put it up straight way lol
i've just got the usual, spiders, syringes, deep water......
i also despise the sound of a wine bottle emptying, i really hate it.. not sure if it is a phobia....

My mates mum has fear of buttons!!!!! she can't wear clothes with buttons as she can't bring herself to touch them to do them up.....WEIRD!!!!!!
She tried therapy and all they did was sat a jar full of buttons in front of her asking her to try and pick one or two of the less scary ones out. Unsuprisingly she cracked and never went back.
My own phobias, clowns (yes really) and midgets (even though I am only 5'5" myself)
that is really rough therapy.........

Babies, I'm petrified of new born babies and a good mate has just had a boy, I went down a day after he was born and ended up holding it while sat down.
Gareth C can confirm this as when his son was born I was scared of it and he made he hold him, I had to sit down on that occasion too, although I'm fine around his son now as he's two.
i was petrified at first with my eldest daughter... they are so tiny & fragile.. you get used to them, but not the smell
I have what my mate calls a fear of falling from a great height, i call it fear of heights but he says its not the height that scares you, its the fear of falling off, possibly but heights is one, and im petrified of wasps as a lot of you know already, i scream like a girl and bail when i see one.
Was hoovering my car at dinnertime today and one started buzzing round my ear like they do so as quick as i could i pointed the hoover nozzle at it and caught it, up the hoover you go mr wasp haha! lol

i used to love alf, i had a film or 2 with him in years ago
I get really uptight when I go into the fridge, my heart starts to race my hands get all clamy sometimes even headspins!!
But as soon as I realise I've not run out of beer I'm fine lol
real issues are, anything touching my eyes, I wear contacts now but it's taken me 2 years to get used to them but I can't open my eyes under water I freak out with eye drops and don't even start me on an eye bath :(

I used to be scared of heights, then i got a job going on high level picking trucks, now it doesn't bother me, i was never bothered about needles, till i couldn't be bothered having breakfast before having a bloodtest, now i feel sick whenever i'm near one!
i used to love alf, i had a film or 2 with him in years ago
i needed to quote that for future blackmail...........
i'm sh*t scared of lifts. i cannot stand them. i'd rather walk up 50 flights than go in one. but i helped my sister move into here new flat last week and HAD to take the bed up in the lift... twice... i was close to tears :(

There is one thing that scares the shoite out of me but I'm not telling you fcukers what it is as I don't want to end up "accidentally" deleting your user account :p
Aside from that, not a lot. Not scared of needles, heights (although my balance is shocking lol), flying, water, etc. I refuse to take my car on a boat, but thats not really a fear, just don't want it to sink.
Hayley has a fear of flying apparently. Yet she wants to go on holiday abroad. I told her fine, but if she gets on the aircraft then flakes out, I'm staying put in my seat lol
[edit] Thinking about the heights thing, does anyone else get it where you're inside a building, e.g. a flight of stairs, and being up high and looking down is fine, but if you look up and realise how close you are to the ceiling, it knocks your balance out? Or is that just me? lol

Apparently?! I got removed from a plane while it was on the tarmac because I was having a panic attack.
I do want to go abroad becuase I like sunny holidays so I know I have to try and get over my fear... but cheers for your support. Ill remember that next time you freak out at your phobia lol

p.s. i really cannot see the point of airports selling alcohol....... when planes are pressurised to 8000ft & people can get off their faces on only a couple of drinks.....
