Heater not working

My heaters not working, I've chacked the cable is attached and i've moved the lever into 'hot' position under the dash to make sure but it's still not getting hot, any ideas??

whats your temp guage reading?

if thats normal it mayeb the heater matrix

the temp gauge is ok and the engines getting hot enough.
It's only started happenind since i fitted to auto choke by-pass for my webber carb, i cant see it being this but has anyone else had this problem,

burgo90: i've got a heater matrix thanks, it's just that i can't be arsed to rip out my dash to fit it.

mine is odd aswell.
The fans work and the heater works coming out onto the windscreen and on the floor but i can't get hot air to come out of the fromt vents, the ones above the ashtray (mk1 Nova).

thats cos there cold air fresh air vents only not heated
