You can drill bigger holes and more of them if you like but i am sure you get the idea. This is an ongoing experiment, more holes to come. :lol:

im not sure about teh ones on top mate, they could suck small particals into the engine and course it too wear very quickly :?

im only sayin that cos you can see the inside edge of the filter through the holes, and it dont look like an amazin seal

its no different having air come in there than the normal tract though

mine looked like swiss cheese lol

as long as the holes on top are on the outside edge of the element it seals fine and all the holes also spreads the air so that not just one bit gets dirty like when it sucking just throught the original pipe.
