Removing Underseal From Panel ?

Bought some Mk1 wings and they've had underseal sprayed inside them but it's sprayed out of the indicator hole and went onto the top-side of the panel

What's the best way to get it off ?

Must have been on there a couple of years :)

Panel wipe or Thinners will do it, but check some where out the way it doesn't remove the paint.

Oh, then just sand it off.
