Went into town this weekend and they had a World championship heat in the main square, didnt have my decent camera on me as wasnt expecting it to be there so my phone sufficed...

Some well caught shots there bud, for me you cant beat the 'Martins' doing it on 'Chainspotting' or 'Getta Grip' though lol

Epic video! Been wanting to chop in my BMX for a trials bike for ages but same money to same money it results in a pretty poor trials bike.

yes, the martins where my heros, i have both their frames in my yard, remember the cannondale one? both forsale now... lol. who remembers dirty tricks and cunning stunts, and the legend himself, hans ray!? lol

Just taken that pic now, the copied dvd in the middle is 'dirt' copied onto disc and the 'dirty trick and cunning stunts' and 'chainspotting' are on pre-recorded dvd, and all the vhs ones still play lol


And seriously, pics, spec and prices on the ashton and hawyes frames please?

Hans Rey was ahead of his time, awesome to watch back then and still today. Martin Hawes and Martin Ashton were all the thing when I got into trials in 1997, using standard Moutain Bike Equipment.

For me it always has to be 'dirt' that is the best and id give anything to find out what model specialized that JMC rides (the hardtail one) as i want to build one:thumb:

I'm pretty sure it's either an S-works or a Stumpjumper M2. I have a similar hardtail, minus the DCD on the chainstay.:thumb:

Shaun it might be an older version of that frame but id love to find and build one, it runs marin lite canti's by the looks of it and red annodised avid speed dials too, ill find one some day:thumb:

Jason Mcroys bike was a Specialised Stump Jumper Team! ;) Last one i saw went of Ebay for £1200 for the frame and forks only!

I missed out about a year or so on a set of carbon judy FSX's they only went for about £40 aswell grrr, not seen a set since :cry:

Theyre the same as the ones in the pictures, 185mm steer tube length and 1 1/8th diameter!

Legend, made the decision for what bike a want to build now, Jez Avery's blue Zaskar from 'Getta Grip' ran with those Judys and full 96 XT with Onza canti's niiiice lol

Nice choice, i always wanted one of the Proflex full suspension bikes that Jez Avery used to ride, i bet theyre crap now though with the elastomers for suspension going soggy!lol

its not on gaybay? thats another one, think it went for £122, anyone know what coyote frame that is?
