View Full Version : every switch now controls the wipers??!!!!!

As above,wtf is going on??!!! All earths are ok.Does it with both engine loom connected and disconnected.
Be it the lights,indicator,fog light switch-switch any of them on and it powers up the front and rear wipers??!!

either the motor's is faulty, the earth is missing or snapped on the back of the dash, the wiper stalk if broken or the hazard switch is broekn !

Or it's possessed, possessed is a possibility. Seriously though that's nuts, I'd be sniffing whatever I was eating/drinking at the time if that happened to me lol

earth from the headlight area of loom was not connected

It was the same with me, chassis leg earth was to blame!

i was gonna mention that, had similar prob myself. turn the engine over... the wipers fire up. turn the lights on... the wipers fire up. does yer head in after a while. good u got it sorted.
