good hatch/saloon shell close to northwest

wanted a good quality shell either saloon or hatch needs to be rolling shell, as close to southport which is close to preston as possible

can been welded doesnt need tax and test cause another car is gettin reshelled just not 1 that has had lots of welding and it done badly
